Is she someone form his past? This is confusing to me interpret as World points out that that cycle has endet but then the Judgement is pulling him back to the past somehow. Judgement is also about dealing with something you haven't dealt with and letting it go. If there is previous history together, he is taking a liberating step at the moment. And with World he is ready to move on.

Yes your readings make sense especially the second one. I feel that would be me. A long history with complications but there are definite feelings there that make it difficult to act upon.

Temperance is showing to have patience in this situation and to come up with satisfactory solutions. With page of cups, each one of you is a water sign maybe, or this could be an emotional issue.
