Seems that he had lessons to learn on dealing w/ other people, and trusting people and opening himself up to them (which was most likely not an easy thing for him w/ Moon in Scorpio). His NN is in the 8th, in Aquarius, so perhaps, learning to set boundaries for himself and balancing how he condones himself with others - being emotionally involved and vulnerable, but at the same time knowing when to pull back and keep a distance when appropriate.
In love especially, there were a lot of challenges and he most likely attracted people and situations to him which were intense in nature, with Venus square Pluto exact, Saturn in 7th and Pluto in 5th. Moon square Venus throw into this mix may have created feelings of dissatisfaction in his love life.

With his Sun conjunct IC, his identity is very tied up w/ his family and origins, and having a place to call home and retreat to was vital to him. Alongside his Cancer ASC, he may have been someone that really held onto to the past, and had a hard time letting go of negative experiences. Scorpio Moons have extremely sharp memory.

From looking at the chart, it seems to me that he was a very inquisitive person that questioned everything around him and had deep thoughts, with a love for learning, especially w/ Venus in 3rd and air void!

What stuck out to me most was his chart ruler, Moon, squaring North Node. I'm not the best at interpreting NN aspects but just to give it a try - it seems that his emotions could potentially get in the way of his life purpose.

Sorry for your loss. He must have been fairly young judging by his Pluto.

In no way is this a diagnosis of 'why' he committed suicide, merely an overview of the chart.

Final signature is Fixed Earth with 5 planets in fixed signs, 5 in earth. I know this signature well since it is in my own birth chart. It means comfort is found in stability, even rutted in routines, cautious, not given to change until the need for it is nearly overwhelming. Easily frustrated when energies are not dispelled through physical activities.

This is a bucket chart with a Mars in Taurus handle, which is slow-moving, resistant to change. When positive in outlook can be productive. When negative, very stuck.

Moon conjunction with Pluto in natal chart not tight, but Moon was also parallel North Node at 18 south and square Nodes, so his emotions and internal struggle featured prominently in his life and swayed his future.

Moon sextile Sun shows there was general balance between the feminine and masculine aspects of self, fertile inner ground for creativity.

Sun square Mars indicates a fairly high energy level with some impulsive tendencies, particularly with Mercury also trine Mars. Mercury-Rx is parallel Pluto at 1° south. Thinking was intense, probably linear/obsessive in some ways, self-critical in some ways given Sun & Mercury in Virgo.

Venus qnx Neptune indicates self-image issues to be worked out through creativity or before it can produce satisfactorily. Tendency to put self lower in estimation due to personal faults being compared to the best imaginings of others. This adjustment generally takes place in 30s or mid-life. Requires focus on one's better qualities of an inner nature rather than worse qualities of a superficial nature.

Venus was out of range of square with Mars, but was parallel it at 17° north. Venus also squared Pluto closely. Clearly possessing creative potential, but with a Scorpio/Virgo/Cap emphasis was likely introverted, frustrated, dealing with powerful feelings and drives that at times felt hard to direct.

Near exact parallel between Neptune [22S03] and Saturn [22S02]. For some this is the challenge of finding a way for imagination to triumph over material obstacles and limitations. For others it can seem an aspect of magic, an ability to create something out of seemingly little or no substance.

Thank you! 💗

He was a people person, funny, polite but he had some bad experiences with, mostly, 'friends'.

He was very intense. Yes.

Thank you. I really appreciate your reply! x

I really appreciate these replies. I'm very thankful.

I think everything you wrote is very interesting. He was very talented and creative but he had some self-critical thoughts like you wrote.
