I used the whole sign system for this analysis and I couldn't help but think of this chart as speaking of ; devotion, self-sacrifice, restraint and self denial. There is a mutual reception between Saturn in Aquarius and Uranus in Capricorn.
Uranus/Neptune conjunct speak of both the unusual(Uranus)as well as the spiritual (Neptune).
There could be interest in science (Uranus) fiction(Neptune) or delving into a world that merges alternate realities of existence(Uranus) with spiritual consciousness(Neptune).
It could also suggest a combination of ideals(Uranus) with spirituality(Neptune) in the work front especially(6th)
Now with this conjunction as well as N/Node in 6th, sometimes it speaks of someone who may have some great difficulties defining what kind of work they want to do/at-least not being able to find a suitable vocation etc.
Neptune in 6th speaks of idealism of work. But rarely does that idealism live up to its expectations. And with Uranus, there is flux, change and erratic conditions at work too(6th).
Now if one is fortunate enough to find a vocation-And this likely to be the case with Cap as this is the energy sign in both planets- then this may be mitigated.
Saturn ruled Cap limits everything it touches;including unreal expectations. And makes duty the primary concern- no matter the nature of the job concerned.
But this need to find a sense of purpose or mission or even branching out to create a job that enhances unique skills, is part of your spiritual journey(N/Node in Capricorn opposite Mars in Cancer)
So as much as you may be more realistic about the job you want. There is still hope that the one job or that one vocation, will offer the spiritual and intellectual enlightenment that you seek.
You have the ruler of the 7th house (Uranus) in the 6th. And the ruler of the 6th(Saturn) conjunct the 7th house cusp.
So it is likely that you either work(6th) with your partner(7th) or meet your partner at work. Marry(7th) your job(6th)or commit to it in some way.
This is especially so when we consider that Neptune(spiritual fulfillment) is in Capricorn(duty)and the 6th, Uranus (devotion to ideals) is also in Cap(duty) in the 6th.And both are ruled by Saturn in the 7th.
Mars/Venus in Cancer in 12th speaks of devotion to care(Cancer)for those downtrodden(12th)or at-least a passion to nurture(Cancer) those less fortunate or in need(12th).
You are very tied to your job and it means quite a lot to you.
This is further echoed by Jupiter in 1st house(Leo). Confidence (Leo) in self(1st) to lift other's spirits and inspire them (Jupiter).
Since Jupiter is the natural ruler of Pisces/Sag,looking at the world from an optimistic point of view on one end is your style.
I often think of Jupiter in 1st having a "bohemian" style of dressing or at-least one that is informal in essence.Especially when we see that it is Leo that is the energy involved.
But there is an opposition from Saturn in Aquarius that keeps too much enthusiasm in check. So in many ways, you are a "realistic optimist".
So you are either casual in dress, but formal in addressing others. Or you are formal in dress and casual in addressing others etc.
Saturn in Aquarius in 7th is duty(Sat) to the public(7th). And if we are to also add Sun in 10th in Taurus, we can surely say that the career may give you a sense of value, bringing beauty but also safety /justice to the world(Aries/Taurus cusp on the 10th house cusp).
But you do have some of your own demons to fight -as Pluto opposing your Sun in Pluto and in the 4th, suggests a testing home environment that didn't make you feel safe.
Perhaps this focus on career/vocation is a way to self soothe and heal many of the wounds inflicted by your early home environment?
Even when we look at Mercury in outspoken Aries, we see a dash of Neptune square sitting on it(fear of speaking up or feeling a need to speak for those who can't speak for themselves)and its subsequent ruler(Mars)in the 12th (martyrdom). Not to mention that it rules the 11th house of Humanitarian conquests?
You speak out for others in a way to soothe yourself and perhaps it is through fighting for others that you come to identify and eradicate your own demons?
The emotional aspect of you knows a painful past. And this is further re-iterated by Moon in Pisces in the 8th house.
The mother(Moon) may have been unable to take care of you properly(Pisces) or suffering with her own demons.
It could also mean that she simply was just not present at all(ties in with Chiron in Cancer) and you felt very much ignored /neglected emotionally.
So as angry as your were about your home environment, you could not speak out on it (Mercury in Aries square Neptune in Cap, Chiron-Mars in Cancer in the 12th)
This may have also made you unable to unearth the more self-nurturing capabilities as both Cancer is on the 12th and Moon is in the 8th. So you may have never felt important or that YOU matter.
And thus this could result in you extending yourself too much or going too far for others, either in martyrdom(12th house Venus/Mars in Cancer as well as Moon in boundless Pisces)or in your job (Uranus/Neptune conjunct in Cap).
One of the primary things that you may need to unearth, is that you should take care, honor and love yourself.
You tie so much of your own needs to others that you may experience a lot of flux as a result(8th)- because you are making their issues yours and drawing the line between where service to others ends and your own life begins, is an issue.
This may not even leave enough room for frivolity or romance(ruler of the 5th Jupiter is in Leo but has an exact opposition form Saturn in 7th).
Its no wonder that the Cap seems attractive. He reflects much of the duty/work and self sacrifice ethics you already have.
But I would hope that he highlights YOUR needs in the relationship too i.e YOU are important, YOU matter and that it is okay to let go of taking care of others so much before taking care of yourself.
You really need to let your hair down. I hope he assists you in that
