Feelings/emotion wise, you captured those pretty well in the previous reading.
Could you tell me what do you see next for me and him ( M.), feelings/emotions and possibly some actions, like getting together finally? We've been physically estranged for the past 2 months

unfortunately I get more thoughts than actions, I get some small steps but not a whole lot. His mind feels like a tangled web. He feels to want to do something but he does feel like he will do something but I feel like it may not be what you hoped for. He will try to make some sort of step forward but I get too many fears and indecision in him.
He cares about you and he wants to make a change but he just is not ready for a big change knowing it would mean he would need to give you commitment and become serious.

My Q - What are A's next steps if any towards me?
That girl L is going to give birth soon and its making me curious

For your question, I pulled for the next 30 days

Moon - Fish - Mountain -Cross - House(Clouds)

So, these are some rather difficult cards, I think he will remain blocked towards you despite the Moon card which opened the spread, Moon is about tender feelings and emotions, but the remaining cards point to a blockage (Mountain) and confusion (Clouds) and generally hurt feelings (Fish and Cross) between the two of you....having to say that, especially with the Mountain in the middle, the energies between you will remain blocked for the time being and this will result in hurt feelings and even depression (Clouds)....
