My friend is a lovely, charming person who gets all the ladies, usually always a new beautiful one on his arm.

He's been unable to hold down a serious relationship his whole life (he's 52). I know he would love a serious relationship but old habits die hard.

Are there any aspects in his chart that would link to a womanizer or a Madonna complex? Psychological issues mixed with sexual issues? Not sure what asteroids to add to this chart that may show an answer

I want to say mars and venus in Gemini. I have this and from what I have read and IME, gemini venus takes time to mature into relationships. When I was in my 20's I had no clue about relationships and how things were suppose to go. Later in my 30s I have a better idea of the dynamics of things go etc. Some placements have to grow into the idea of marriage.

At 52 though, I am not sure about that. It could be when his progressed sun hits Libra that he may want to then settle down and this might not happen till about 55.

I agree with you cb..venus conjunct mars in gemini is what stood out the most - plus the moon trine jupiter, pluto, and uranus.

It is the powerful Mars Venus conjunction (especially in fickle Gemini) that is like a very sexy, irresistible magnet, but add to that the sextile to Mercury - he is the sweet talker - he can talk you in to almost anything, so nicely that would make you think you're the special one etc, very charming. Neptune in the 7th would definitely add to the chronic approach to relationships. The Moon is also well aspected so he would not have any insecurities or fears that would make him hesitant etc...
There is also a lack of aspects that would incline him to commitment.

I know a Cap Moon who admits he has a Madonna/Wh*re complex when it comes to women. He's never been married and is 58 - has no trouble getting girlfriends though.

I think Moon loosely conjunct his South Node might be an issue too. It's easy for him to isolate, be a lone wolf, keep his cards close to his chest, but his true destiny is emotional intimacy, creating a warm home environment, and reproducing.

His Moon conjunct the MC may mean that his ideals/pursuits of things in the outside world have always been more important to him than relationships (even if this is detrimental given his Cancer NN)

I agree with what everyone said about Mars/Venus in Gemini too
