I don't like yes or no questions but this one I think is impossible to ask in other way.

Can you tell me what do you think about it?I got

7 of wands - lovers - 4 of swords

I did ask: my diet is working?
It's not about weight loss is about my health.I'm not eating anything crazy,I'm only cutting the fats and I wonder if is working and eating more fibers.

it shows - not right away, the body needs to re adjust for some time, then after that the Lovers shows improvement, especially in body parts that come in pairs, like kidneys and lungs, and then 4 of Swords shows stabilizing.

also, check the June spreads, hun bun

No, sorry. Alternate choice/other choices. Ask a family member/close friend you truly trust and confide in.

This what I thought when I saw the lovers

I did ask other people,my family,friends.
However there's no much I can't do now I guess.I cut most things already.I think I will wait a little bit, because I started just a few days ago.The exams are pretty expensive here but I will try to do it again next month.

Thanks a lot EM! 💕

Why are you cutting out fats and increasing fiber? What health issue are you targeting?

I see, what foods were in your typical diet before doing this change or these tests?

All type of foods lol I didn't mind!

Meat almost everyday/Milk Cookies/mayonaise.

Anyway the cholesterol were in good, acceptable rate, until now! I was very anxious and prior my test I exaggerated and ate a lot of mozzarella,ham,lasagna/fried foods
I ate most cake than ever! Those with chantilly. All my fault! The rates increased a lot!

I'm on accutane for a long time so it's normal to get a little bit higher than normal but not like this,I guess. My doc probably going to be mad,I hope not!

I'm okay with this whole new phase, eating healthy things but I'm concerned about losing weight with this diet I don't want to.Hope the sacrifice works and I restore the levels of cholesterol and I hope he doesn't take my medicine

Sorry if I made some mistake with english words.

I ate a lot of simple carbohydrates these days which probably ruined my diet.Like bananas and potatoes.Foods with high sugar.

Maybe that's what the lovers tried to tell me!

Oh dear, I understand you well. I will share my knowledge with you.
The thing is you need fats and cholesterol (your own body makes lots of cholesterol every single day). You shouldn't panic or worry too much about blood tests and results as these only show your current levels of cholesterol which are very changeable and are directly affected by your daily diet.

Of course your total cholesterol would raise after eating a bunch of carbs and sugary/junk foods. This is what raises LDL cholesterol very fast which acts as a band-aid whenever there is damage from junk foods.
It would be nice if HDL cholesterol is higher as it raises from eating healthy fats which are much needed for proper hormone and brain function to name a few!

Accutane is very dangerous as it contains toxic levels of synthetic Vitamin A and does not actually work on the real cause of acne (I would suspect this is what you are taking it for). If you can lower your dose to a minimum or maybe even try to slowly come off it that should be better for your overall health down the road.

If you cut out the junk foods along with simple carbs, cakes, sodas etc, and eat a moderate quantity of quality proteins - meats, eggs etc. and a bunch of vegetables with some healthy virgin fats you would do yourself good.
The need for LDL will drop and you should see it lower on your blood tests within a week or two and your HDL may either remain the same or slightly raise if you are consuming healthy fats which I would highly recommend to keep you healthy and even normalise your heart and other health issues you are having.

I hope this helps a bit, I'm sure you're still very young and your body adapts fast and so your blood tests will always vary greatly from one to another. I would add that they are unreliable most of the times and most doctors can't even read them correctly in conjunction with your overall state and with taking into account all your symptoms without overblowing the situation.

I've been reading is great to have the HDL high!!!! However you need to reduce your LDL

I heard than until 130 LDL is under control!
but It's GREAT to have under 100.What is your level?

Try to reduce the LDL with a new diet,go to a doctor! 💙
