I reworded it a little different so it wasnt a direct yes/no. I asked his intentions.

3 of Swords - Ace of Wands - Moon - Wheel of Fortune

I feel as if he wands to grow something but is very confused or unsure of how to do so . The 3 of swords in the past position followed by an ace after is a good sign to me. You are definitely moving in a new direction, I just dont think he has set his wishes or plan is set in stone quite yet. Just in case you wanted a strict yes/no i pulled again.

Holy ****. I am waiting on news from someone I care a lot about.In fact he is acting distant very suddenly and that is why I am stressed out to the point of looking for positivity in tarot cards. I honestly had no clue that would show up but it brings me great comfort. I seriously appreciate it beyond words.
