I just got the sense from reading the cards that he wondered were you even interested and was looking elsewhere for attention. When you asked does he think you're involved with someone else and I got 7 of Swords I thought maybe he does think you're being sneaky or rather sneaking around with someone but seeing as the card stands for aqua moon maybe it represents you. So I think this means he wants you to stop moving slow and taking time in making your interest known. He wants to move forward and is thinking that you need to quit waiting for something to happen. Again this could also be read as he feels a little betrayed or something but you said you haven't done anything except change your personal details so I'm not sure why he would feel this way. He wants to build something new with you and also again the three is Pentacles could mean he likes being admired so maybe he would like to see you show a little more interest in him.
