I think she very well might be even thou looks like she needs it because she suffers from insomnia or some mental issue ( Bear and Moon). I see Bouquet is mirroring Whip, the Bouquet card looks like a bunch of leaves and flowers which could be marihuana but not the heavy injectable drugs. Mirroring the Whip it shows one hurting themselves in some ways. Bouquet and Whip also sows bi polar disorder.

she was a IV heroin user a few months ago, so we have been wondering about a relapse. she has been leaving her house in the middle of the night for the past month. we've found her 3 year old son out in the streets screaming in the middle of the night looking for her, so we were wondering what the hell she was possibly doing.
