Hi guys! I am asking you lovelies for a reading. I will very much appreciate any help provided.
So my someone 'E' popped up yesterday after a few months of silence with apologies about how much pain he caused . He did not propose anything. Did he contact because he felt bad and needed to get it off his chest or he really wants to start it fresh?

the answer to you is not 1 or the other but both.
He has been feeling bad, he has also been missing you so I feel it was both that he felt bad and wanted to not so much get it off his chest, so not that selfish.
It was more a matter of him wanting to let you know his own guilt. In a way I feel he wanted to give you the clarity he knows you deserve. I may not feel a fresh start happen right now but that also has been on his mind yes.
