Hello What seems to be good and that I use for myself (I'm not an intuitive reader but a tarot / oracle deck reader): - Ritual of reading aid with prayer to angels or meditation - Use of stones: amethyst, Amazonite, Rock crystal, Chryssocolle, Labradorite, Pink quartz, Tiger eye, Black onyx. - Keep both feet flat on the floor during readings - know and identify limits before feeling too drained and tired, take longer or shorter breaks without reading, - Know / identify limits for the number of free readings you want to offer ... - When not enough energy but you want to read anyway, read for the readers with which the energies seem to resonate well and are good / easy. Forget fast readings .. I believe you are more intuitive, so the stones and meditation would probably be a good "grounding" for you

Thank you for your time AwakenSky.You are right about the intuitive. It's like having a gift of awareness. When someone is tired because of their health, or have extremes of emotion (joy, anger, etc.) and other health issues or habits they deal with on a daily basis, I tend to pick up a lot of this when they are thinking about me at the time. I do have one, though, that when I thought of them years ago and created the connection, I'm finding that they want to keep the connection and not release. Not sure if there is something different I can do for that (empath...connection between two empaths). I will start trying your suggestions today. Spring
