Your manager is definitely one to push you and the work I see financially it great but you have to work really hard here....I see something changing your boss improving but your boss is going to continuehaving these bouts of being bit so nice I feel your boss is even a bit....sneaky manipulative

lucky, when I ask spirit guides, I hear yes and feel positive answer to this. I see the delay from his side because he feels to be tied up with something right now. I am not sure if he will text you back. He doesn't feel like a 'texting' type of person but I do think he may respond to the text to acknowledge you. Either way, I do see you both in contact with each other within this time next week or before next Wed. IP: Logged |

1. So this situation is almost karmic, all of this is happening to force you to leave your comfort zone and go onto the next phase of your life it's almost as if the universe is giving you a push and causing all of this chaos to happen, this job was meant to be a stepping stone and now it's time for you to move on, and the next place will be something that your passionate about, I'm feeling like it will also be that you will have a higher up position, more pay and enjoy it, I feel you will be also in charge of others, there's no reason to feel down or sad there will only be competiveness and no one calling back until you really look and believe in yourself, applying for something that you might feel you aren't qualified for but in actuality you are so believe in yourself , let go of the negative feelings you have which when you are psychic you attract back to yourself that which you send out a lot faster than most IP: Logged |

lucky, when do you see this new position come for me, the one with more pay and a higher up position that I will enjoy? I have been applying for jobs but none that match what you said just yet. That is exactly where I was heading before this restructure happened. I couldn't believe it that I am having to start back to square 1 again with this new manager when I was far ahead before. And he finds fault with many things I do. Please help me. Please also let me know what will occur with this new manager "A"? Will he stay in charge and have power like he does now for a long time? harmonic, yes please let me know if you see me having to report my new boss to higher ups like HR? Well...first I asked in what ways your boss is sneaky...
I feel he like to almost be a bit secretive?? Refuge...almost like giving too much information training or anything they loose their power. Your boss loves having help but kinda has power over duties. You boss just so disatisfied in really anyone who assists but if your boss really opened up saw things in a different light help working as a team is better than these power trips struggles

harmonic, yes, Ivan is not comfortable with you and doesn't feel you both have that level of a relationship yet. he will warm up to it if you work on talking and being the 'female' in the relationship. he does want to have a partner ultimately but he is not a jerk and wants to be respectful about this too. This is my 1st time seeing him since last March. Before that it was December. We then in December did have sex....so that's why I'm confused as to why now it's like uhhhh dull...he asked me to come live stay I'm here but feel like I'm with a stranger or roomate....I'm severely confused I dint even feel he puts effort fOrth today I spent whole day in bedroom him in the other bedroom....I packed got ready to leave other day he didn't want me too...I just don't understand this IP: Logged |
