Hi Spica. To answer your question, N's intentions feel of the good, though not completely knowing of how they are being perceived. I hear N keep saying they wish that people listened to them more in 'this situation'. But they will accept the outcome of 'this situation' whatever the outcome will be. I am picking up N has a bright white light spirit around them with a good natured heart and wants the best for people. Please let me know anything resonates.

My question is, I hate my current job and have applied for some jobs outside. Do you see me staying at my current job or do you see me leaving for a new job, and if you get timeframes when?

Hi Caprika. Sure, I am picking up you will stay here for the time being. When you do change, it feels more like later mid way next year when you truly feel more fed up with things there. There are some opportunities at your current job that seem slow to come to fruition. It feels it hasn't affected you directly yet, but I do feel it will start to affect you later next year. I feel this is due to a shortage of money to support the work or resources you are doing, thus you feel like no movement in your work. It is already starting but hasn't quite 'hit home' yet. So I feel you will stay there for a little while longer, then choose to leave next year. This can change depending on your free will but it's what I pick up at the moment. The next job I see you getting will be more financially stable and have no problems with money, allowing you to grow. You will find them as you search for a new job, they feel near in your area, not far away commuting wise. I feel actually you have heard of them already but haven't applied to them. But you have a list of companies I feel, that you feel would be good to apply to, and they are on this list or will be on this list soon is what I feel. Moon, I had a hard time pulling the first card which tells me that you feel all over the place, like trying many different options regarding your job or your job prospects. The cards show that there will be some sort of removal soon. It will be in regard to a letter. Either you will write someone up or someone else will write you up. The cards mirroring the Letter are Bear + whip, so I assume this is in regard to an overbearing authority figure around you. In any case, I see you getting out of this on a safer ground and it will make you feel happy. The spread ends with happy cards so I gather you will find a new job or feel better at the current one. Is there any job, current or future (the ones you are applying for) that involves health care or elderly? Because this is what you will be doing at the end.

It does sound like I will be staying for the time being as I feel okay at the moment, just not excited really. I hope I can find another one ( I'm eyeing a department, yes) near my place and next year sounds plausible. Thank you!

this was so spot on this made me cry. I finally feel like someone understands how I feel exactly. there is an overbearing authority figure whom is now 'in charge' of me and basically I feel bullied around by most days. I have complained here and there but I do sense if I complain any more, they will take actions to possibly remove me and not take my complaints of being bullied seriously or they may be too afraid as this authority figure seems to have reached a 'powerful' place. I do work in health care field, and glad you see that.

Can you please see what will happen to this overbearing authority figure? Meaning can you get more details about if I will be written up or I will write up about? I have been backstabbed before at workplaces, I just need to know if I will get backstabbed here again too.

Please ask your questions. I'll be on for another half hour, then need to sleep.

ok, so it seems that you need to report this person to HR because otherwise he will try to remove you. I pulled three times and every time I pulled the Scythe ( removal) as well as another card persistently shows up - Dog. Dog is a friend. I don't know why the "friend" keeps popping up next to the Scythe ( removal) but it may have two meanings - a friend will help you with this issue or a friend will be stabbing you in the back. I am inclined to think they will help you, though.
The last cards once again show stability and wishes come through, so whatever that Scythe means/removal means, it will be in your advantage.

OK. thanks. I am in despair. But I just saw your response to my next question. I have been debating whether to talk to HR, I will keep it in the back of my mind more now. I think I know who the friend is. Your reading is worth gold to me right now, thank you.

For your second question, I don't see your current job will give you any financial improvements. I see it will give you what you need. For financial improvements to occur in your immediate future, I feel you need a side job that could give you that. Your juggling act will calm down before the end of the year, but I feel you will be juggling for a little while longer, until September at the least .

Regarding MH, hmm no I don't feel this will fully recover. I feel this is ultimately MH's decision in a way, because they feel they are being more picky and almost feels like they are throwing a fit about something and not letting it go whereas you feel more relaxed about the entire situation. I do hear if you can wait for a few months (even up to a year or more, it does feel like a longer process), it will not be as clashing as it feels right now. Ultimately when MH grows up a little more and experiences life in a new way which they will as they year goes on, their role in this relationship will heal things up a bit but I don't feel it fully recovered either. It will just be to make amends. It doesn't feel it will ever go back to the way it once was but I do see you and MH talking in the future and there will be a place where you both will come to a peaceful resolution and may turn into a 'grab a cup of coffee' type of relationship. But MH has some problems to the core so I wouldn't invest your energy too much into them either. You have better people around you I feel that you need to draw upon them more and take the relationship with MH for what it has and will give you, and don't expect too much from them. This alone will provide you the closure you need and the answers you seek for this relationship. Please let me know if anything resonates.

For I got the answer that you will stay at your current job. The answer was clear. I don't see you moving to a new job because of some reasons. I see that you would have to sacrifice something in order to do that so you'll choose not to.
