You're using 'astrology' to decide on when to let your Heart tell him you like (or love) him?

Well. IF I were a relationship astrologer, maybe I could find answers that could be blatant and apparent??? but I have not studied that enough to render an opinion.

Question I would look at is--- WHY.
If you feel you have to be 'that amount' of "guarded" with him, then dig into yourself privately a moment and ask why?

On the Romantic side here,
there ARE some transiting 'love asteroids' conjuncting and trining in harmony with the tMoon and tJupiter.

LEO is about LOVE..., and being who you are, and perhaps coming at this whole thing 'through' the Heart.

This type of eclipse ends a cycle that started with the New Moon at the end of January, depending on the house that the moon falls with this eclipse you can have an idea of the areas of life affected.

In general I've been feeling pretty emotional myself with all this, and as far as telling people be careful with words and be prepare for others not being able to handle the energy, I had a fight with a friend, he actually blacked me, and the guy I'm dating is being the exact opposite for example, I haven't told him what I'm feeling for example, I feel is not the time.

Same here, I told the person my feelings along with a few other things. He got really annoyed with me, so bad that I cried in my car (it happened at work lol). I'm not sure if he is even thinking about yesterday or anything I said. Despite ending the day on a good note (yesterday), even hugged, I've been keeping my distance from him today. Whenever I have spoken to him it's about work only. I haven't been clingy towards him like I usually am (wanting to talk and following him around while talking, lol).

I'm not really clear on what the Full Moon does, nor do I know what the New Moon does, which is coming up on August 23rd. Is that supposed to help things move forward?

Exactly that is what you should do, give him space, that's my recommendation, I gave that to my guy and he's responding to that which is nice, I ended that day on a good note too but still I feel like I messed things up.

I notice this Full Moon happened on my 3rd house close to my IC, so for me was about telling someone how I feel (which I haven't done yet) but the energy can last up to 2 weeks, weird enough the full moon happened on my guy's 9th house meaning his process was about someone in distance, he needs to come to a conclusion with that person (we live in different cities).

Right! I have put distance between he and I few maybe 2-3 days tops before, but he never lasted very long. The reason why he wouldn't last long was because, for example, the 2nd day of me not saying much to him, he would proceed to initiate a conversation with me. I'd respond back (somewhat hesitant of breaking the distance I've created) but within 20-30mins or so, I'll be right back talking to him lol. So, I've never lasted a full week or so keeping the conversation "work only". Today when I was doing this, there was a point when he gave me a weird look and said, "Are you okay?" and I smiled and said that I was feeling good. He still looked at me weird, but continued telling me what he wanted to say.

That sounds like me too lol, I respond back also even if I try to create distance, that feeling also that you messed it up is enough to keep your emotions going and going, and if the Full Moon is affecting or the relationship you are talking about has anything to do with this then for sure you're feeling it.

Yeah, I tend to cave when he starts showing me more attention, but I'll double forward with too much attention towards him and that's when he'll take a step backwards, lol. It's frustrating, lol.
