He will respond....at first very bitter way or fold way leaving you with hurt feelings maybe due to some residual things in the past. I do see it conversation leading to some happiness end of something but both feeling satisfied in the conversation way it goes so I'd say clearing the air then some tender or happy words possibility of reconnection but for the time just satisfied well...if yoy want me to pull if you'll meet up see jp I can

10 cups - knight cups - 8 swords - 9 of swords

Hes feeling very vulnerable and has a lot of regret. He keeps thinking of the 10 of cups/ having a good relationship as if hes mourning it in some way. Hes not happy.
