How can I cleanse my Aura and realign my chakea. I been depressed a lot and feel like I may be out of waack. If you can tell me how I will give yang a tarot reading

There are different ways to go about it. Smudging with sage, frankincense, or a favorite incense. Brushing/sweeping over body with a feather fan, crystal wand, or even just your palms (all about intention). Crystal healing via laying out crystals on the main chakras, or a photo of yourself on a purple plate/crystal grid. Going in for a reiki treatment. Walking in nature, meditation, reflecting on which chakras feel out of alignment and exploring possible underlining issues. Taking stock of your diet to see if nutritional changes can help, etc.

I once did a diet where I ate alot of salads , fruits , very clean eating and exercised alot. I was more attentive with God, so I would say to become more spiritual with whatever you believe in. Anyway, long story short this girl did tell me that she noticed my aura had changed from a blue to yellow. I felt the best in my life that I hadn't felt in a very very long time.
