In terms of one vs the other, I feel that you would resonate more with the healing. It feels all positive, that it would help you clear some stagnations and clear out your energy body. I feel that the reading would bring to light some interesting things, but that there may be some things you don't fully resonate with which would ultimately leave you feeling a bit unsatisfied. As of how things are for him right now the therapy is doing him good but for some reason it also brings out some issues he's not ready to face. He doesn't like his emotions that comes along with the therapy and is finding it hard to commit to it. He will continue for some time but will make a spur of the moment decision to quit. The advice that comes through is that he's fully able to complete it, but would need someone to nudge/encourage him to continue.
Thanks for the reading! won't be going for the reading then as the sessions cost a lot.

that makes sense! it's hard to do readings on myself, of course, but each time i check in i don't feel this huge push behind him that would signify him being able to really follow through. however, he does seem to be doing well now. i will let you know how it goes! good luck with your healing session!
