E may be pulling back but it's not becuase of you. His feelings didn't change of that sort . I just see him surrounded by work and coworkers and that has taken up a lot of his time. He's just trying to push forward and reach a goal he set for himself a few weeks back. Communication should start up again in a few weeks. Don't ask him too many questions/ bombard him with messages bc he'll feel overwhelmed and might be force to lie. Although I feel it's a white lie and it's only bc he didn't know how to answer it. There's no sense of victory for you. Things will be the same as it's very hard for change to take place and happen quickly in your working environment. But I do fee you'll be working with less tension but I don't feel you'll be really happy IP: Logged

He will come in pretty quickly and it'll move really fast. you won't even have time to breathe I do get the feeling it will be a signifigant relationship and will be here for a while. Timing I'm getting possibly in 2 months or around sun in Scorpio. he might be younger and is mostly air dominant.
