I think this is a definite yes, usually so many swords in a spread, I would say no, but since this is a traveling job you are applying for(Flying over seas,) It seems that yes you will be accepted. I see the process actually going very smoothly as well. The deck I use is the 1001 nights, the six of swords features two people on a boat talking of new ideas and adventures, the page of swords displays a man looking in anxiously at two people speaking. I see you are very eager for reply. The Ace of swords depicts two people flying above the sky in a caravan. Yes, most definitely. But try to invest your mental energy into other things as well. Is this romantic? B thinks that R is sarcastic but determined, and that they have a really good relationship. Like they were meant to be in each others lives. R makes B happy, like the sun shines out of their ass lol.

With you, R feels stability and balance, security. I'm having trouble deciphering seven of swords, maybe he's a sneaky guy in nature? Or he thinks you're cunning... Emperor is a "father" card, perhaps he could see raising a family with you. I feel a little off about this reading though sorry..
