Is someone taking advantage of the other one? I'm thinking that you are the knight of coins or there may be someone else in your life, but things haven't developed with them yet. What I found out here is that some of the more active (only interested in how much their assessment is and if it will go up), but don't want any duties within the HOA and just leave it all to me. Someone pulled the Mice card when I asked how the last meeting would go--they sure were right...they don't want to pay more in the short term (it would go back in 2019) to have the common's areas, etc. look nice), but they will spend a lot to get their yards to look nice. NB has a real stake because she pays a double assessment as she has two lots and didn't like having to pay for two. The treasurer not being in the picture makes sense as she didn't take over anything when I asked her if she wanted to do the books.
