Ok so I'm picking up that he appreciates knowing about the dream, and this is prompting him to reflect further on a potential partnership between you both. It does seem that he is drawn to you, however there's some reluctance within himself. There's a sense of feeling distracted, outside influences, stress that's holding him back from engaging in a deeper level. Having said that, the reading vibe is to give things time to develop at their own pace and allow him space if needed. If he senses that there's trust and no rush, he will feel more at ease with sharing more of himself and his own hopes/dreams with you.
