I've seen it in a few readings that were giving to me on here. I think it could mean that but never seen it as a final separation. Usually the Sun card means that but not like a bitter ending (sun card) just one that means moving on to better things, live and let live , friendship kind of way. The Chariot to me means a lot of hurdles thrown your way, a lot of other people trying to intervene in things which can throw a rift into things depend on the level of trust or I guess maturity involved. Ex: someone who you were with but just started dating with a known mutual friend. Another ex could be telling that friend things who comes back to you and repeats those things and feels like they are doing you a favor because the ex is a mutual friend of theirs but the real story is the ex is stirring things up to break the couple up while it is still fresh before it goes into something deeper. ....so maybe unforseen forces trying to intervene in things when they really don't know nothing!!!! ( sorry personal venting there) IP: Logged |

Dear Ymmi,I know you also pulled this card in your reading on the other thread, so I thought to respond here as the interpretation may assist you with both. I personally have never associated the Chariot with break-ups. Usually that is the Tower, if other cards in the reading support it. The Chariot in a relationship reading, in my experience, usually indicates a power imbalance. One person usually has more control over the direction of the relationship than the other. It could be that one party gives over too much control to the other, or leaves themselves short in some way, such as always putting the other first to the detriment of their own wellbeing. Whatever the details, my basic thinking on it is that one person has, is given or is taking more control than the other.
