Perhaps the conversation flows quite well right now, however, I see him being a very fickle person in real life and will leave you feeling conflicted and very, very confused most of the time. T -

The only thing I see here is that there may not be much time for things to develop, and he may not always show his feelings. I do think he will be distracted with work. It could be that the 8 of Pentacles is him wanting to put effort into developing this relationship, too. I see that you're really going to be tested here and there will be arguments, misunderstandings, and disagreement. It could be that someone is ready for a new path, perhaps to go their separate way or do things differently.
