He will be helpful, to an extent. But he will and can be crabby and a bit, non-yielding when it comes to being completely generous. Which I see will be frustrating for you, because you expect him to give it your all and all and to help you in this situation. Karka, when I asked, I am feeling an obstacle for D. I feel some of it is mental block. he will respond to you but he needs to work through some "politics" I feel. I am hearing when he responds, feels not next week but before Feb end, he will be in a better place for you and him to talk. I am hearing that is what you need, for you need to talk to him. let me know if that resonates.IP: Logged |

Hi Moon,MAy I exchange? For your questions: I do feel you will get a slight raise, and a positive review. It seems like it is just enough to keep you happy, but not really elated. But you will feel ok about it. Seven of coins/Hanged man/nine of coins
OK so I see that it presents a bit of a predicament for G to honor your request. He will make you feel that he is trying, but I don't honestly see it changing, sorry. I DO feel that you will have two more opportunities elsewhere come march/april. You are likely moving on from G anyhow.

ty Karka. I have some more questions and you can post more if you like. I am looking to change teams and found a real opportunity to do so. Do you see A or G (both males) being an obstacle to changing teams because they will have to provide me references when the time comes and approve me to change teams? hi Karka. yes when he does talk to you in Feb, he feels open, honest, and he and you will have a good healthy talk. he will be nice to you. it feels all normal and I see you walking away from the conversation like you both can be friends and continue things to a good place. he feels good from here but I do see another mental block in March (or May? M month comes up). but you will know what to do when that time comes.IP: Logged |

yw.I see that there will be some power struggles and that you will have a problem getting what you want because the other person has an agenda that is not in your favor. They want to keep order of something and not change anything, because of simple unwillingness and inflexible, stubborn views. They're going to be a huge pain in the back and might expect you to do favors for them, like pay them or help them with their own careers. Very difficult. It's the one that's either a Taurus or Scorpio, or has those traits. Resonates? Thanks. My other question would be hmmm, how would D feel about my looks or would he act in a weird or flirtatious manner?

For D, he likes how you look. I don't feel he will flirt in an obvious childish sense. I feel he will be nice and kind towards you coming up after this block/obstacle he is working through is overcome. I feel things come peaceful to you both. Good, that resonates as well.
I think it will be hard for you to switch teams at first, but you have to take the right initiative & pounce on the golden opportunity when it comes . You need to be calculating and prudent of this, because the wrong step can take you backwards. A's reference for you won't be seriously taken in consideration for you switching teams, but it will help your chances and give you an edge on getting what you want. Hmm, since that was 2 questions

DreamCatcher, yes M will get in contact with you. Right now, I feel lukewarm feelings from him but that is because he is having some issues he is going through. It feels he has been going through some rough moments with other people, feeling he hasn't been feeling himself. Feeling like his testosterone levels/aggressiveness is up a bit because of it. But he will come back down to himself and reconnect with you. I feel when he does you will be happy. I wouldn't push him at the moment because you won't get the response from him you are hoping for. Let him work through himself and he will be in a better place for you. I'm not getting a timeframe but I am seeing by or within March here you and he will be talking frequently again. let me know if anything resonates. IP: Logged |

Caprika, hearing MH has good feelings for you. his mind is sound about you. his heart feels slower which drives you a little crazy and makes you feel impatience at times. it's normal. he is just moving at a slower pace. I don't feel anyone else in his life. But I am feeling he also isn't 'looking' either so I suspect that's why the slower pace. I feel he is being cautious. but feeling he does have good feelings for you. I have a few other questions so let me know if you would like to continue to exchange tonight. IP: Logged |

Hello, MoonI just pulled for your question. It seems at the beginning things will run smoothly within tour current team. They know you are leaving and they are fine with it. Someone in your team is already looking for your replacement once you leave. You may find out about some gossiping behind the scene as well. I don't see major difficulties within your team except for one authoritive person who will be saying stuff about you ( Bear+Birds). Other than that , the cards do not digest obstacles or struggles within your team. I see a lot of talking behind the scene, though. People do talk about it. IP: Logged |

hi Caprika. OK. I am seeing yes things will move forward with you and MH. I am feeling he will reveal some feelings he has to you and you both start really 'talking'. I feel it coming in 2-4 months. I think you will be fairly happy with the talk but he also again doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve, so I am also feeling you will decide if he is worth pursuing. You may wish to consider asking him when this time comes if how seriously looking for a relationship and that will put him on the spot to answer. I get the feeling from him that he tries to avoid relationships though he knows he can't forever. But he sometimes ducks out of them. He has a warm caring heart though, empathetic. He has gotten it bruised though and he stopped showing his feelings. He also feels to have a 'gift' of sight, and he uses that to feel if you are the right person and if it is the right moment for him. As long as you know how you feel and what you want from him, I feel you two will have a good talk. But I feel he will hesitate at first to give you his heart. If you keep being friendly to him and show that he can trust you, I feel only then he will enter into a relationship. In a way, he is looking for a nurturing relationship that is like a pillow he can fall back on when times get hard and life gets rough. He needs to feel like he can be himself in the relationship. for your question, I see that K. was surprised and even disappointed in A. after what you have told him, but I see this being a temporary emotion and it quickly fizzled out, the anger I mean. He is quite hung on A. and had known him for quite some time ( Anchor). I see that the trust that he had in him was shaken, though. Somehow, what you told him shook the trust he had in him so he is going to be cautious (Tree + Scythe). There will be a need of someone having to write a letter or a document ( Fish + letter). I wonder if K. will ask you to write down what you have told him, or he might send a letter to someone about it but I see this as being important.
