Thank you for the offer.
My question:
Is the mole on my mother's left chin malignant?I know you helped me check that my mom's health in overall is okay for now. But it takes time for malignant cells to grow until it starts to 'disrupt' the balance and endanger the person. Thus I am asking you again.

They also see you as someone they are benefitting from in some way, most probably regarding some kind of wealth of money, but not necessarily, it could be something else too. You'll get the job but will not like it at all. Also, your boss will either not exist or he/she will be away, or they will be stuck in either a jail, prison, coma or hospital.
