I believe that their relationship is currently in a suspended state. They are taking a break and resting/thinking about where they would like to take the relationship next. Though they are on a break they are still happy. Contentment would be a better word. They maybe thinking of doing something to change their route, a trip, or just taking some classes together.

Looks like yes, you are ready for love. You have put in work as far as maturity, emotional maturity and being sound in both heart and head. I feel you always been quite aware that you wanted to be sound before starting a relationship so, I feel you will be blessed with a relationship as you put in work it like an investment you put investment into yourself and will reap the benefits see the gains. I think yes, this year judgement will come and that is you will see or come across suitors to choose from.
