1- I think she's refusing to talk about it with good reason. Someone's reputation will be damaged if she does. The Tower - 10 of coins - 6 of swords. Looks like she's going to keep mum about what she knows and not talk to anyone about it. She's made her decision. Though I can't see details of what she's hiding, the overarching message is that it's something to do with B's reputation and if it did get out, B's rep will be damaged greatly (in her mind).

2- Looks like they had a little disagreement here. She's not happy with him, because she feels like B led her on. Honestly, it looks like a one night stand (for him) and she wanted/wants more. They probably had a talk about it, and he told her he didn't want anything serious to happen. She's hurt (understandably). She'll get over it in a few weeks. ace of wands - 3 swords - 7 coins.

There is a restlessness and a thirst for change. Anxiety, frustration, but also excitement over the future. Are you switching jobs, getting into new relationship, ect anything that is a change of pace for the past? There will be some action, mostly on your own part, and pushing yourself forward to a new goal to realize your plans for your life. I don't think B feels much positive feelings for S. Looks like S may have deceived B in the past, and there were harsh words exchanged. S will not be able to shake off B's perception of S a very long time.

S's [female] appears as S's [male] romantic interest in these cards.
S thinks of S in a lovingly, doting manner and is infatuated with them. I wouldn't say these feelings are strongly reciprocated between the both of them, as the nature of the cards suggest that there is mostly passivity and fantasy, without much action, and a disconnect between the both of them, indicating S tries to be secretive yet is obvious with their affections, and S [female] is put off by the behavior of S [male].
