Hi fish, the background is, I am having trouble learning the new domain in my new job. They are not providing training and I have no other source of learning. The work is absolutely foreign to me. Thus, it's becoming really difficult for me to learn the new stuff all by myself.

So the question is do you see me learning the work and gain expertise in it in the organisation Ad?

I am sorry but it seems like a no. Probably something will happen that will cause either of you hurt and it will lead to retreating back in the shell in comfort zone. However, the good news is after a period of discomfort you guys will connect at a more innocent level, by innocent I mean you both will reconcile without paying much heed to the differences. This will open a channel of communication between you two.

For a bit more time I see you struggling with this a little, I feel like you will try to stick to yourself and not reach out too much to keep an illusion that you have it handled. But after a bit more time, as in a few weeks or a little less, I see someone coming to you and showing, might not be tied to person at work, but could be closely tied to a person from work, I feel like you get the information somehow, a little on your own through searching for it a little comes your way through another person. So all in all yes you will manage to handle the tasks at hand it will take a little bit more time than you would hope it would.

thank you for your reading IF. I agree with the illusion part of it. The work i am doing has a lot of assistance from my colleagues, but I am foreign to the domain. I really want to learn the work and gain expertise in it.

Yes I do feel you will, I think even before I felt some form of way shown to you for the effort you put in. I am not quite sure it is from the very top but I do feel someone will comment or tell you that they saw how much effort you put in and also I feel like someone may show that they saw you improved your work so not just the effort. So you will get recognition, doesnt feel as soon, so maybe not this month, it is coming though, I would say from a male person.

So, it feels there is a lot of anxiety he feels. He feels it like he is in the midst of a battle. For one moment he feels its all under his control and the other moment he looses it all. He feels lonely and stuck up. He feels anxious and misses to see you or talk to so much so, that he cant think of anything else.

fame as in everyone knowing your name, not in that sense, but your writing doing well yes.
So I dont ( any time soon) feel you to become so called a house hold name, but I can see you do well and start making people notice your work.
You will need to push your work hard and may have some stumbling rocks but if you do not give up and try even more you will find that it will pay of and it will start being more and more popular/as in people will notice the work and you will bring some notice to yourself through word of mouth but even mentions in local papers or such.

Does he like you to communicate to him first? I would say yes. Is there some sort of pressure on him? Seems like he is more of a dreamy and sensitive person who doesnt make moves easily. He feels you should talk to him and take control of him, more like if you make a move he will react but if you wish him to talk first he will be all dreamy about it and fantasize more than act on it.

So, seems like if you want to talk to him, it's you who has to make the move.

Yes, the magazine will get a good reputation, I feel like some advertising you get from other people will help this along. A mention or someone talking about it will help it become international. So I do feel that whatever effort you make over the magazine it will show to be helpful, again I keep feeling a more of a slow moving pace, but steady. So the magazine feels like it will need effort to help it along but it will come to an international viewing within time, within this year possibly.
