I can see that there could have been ugly exchange of words between the two of you before. This caused both of you to retreat to heal emotions and to calm down patiently. You are advised to stand up for yourself and your standards, if something is not right for you, then stay true to yourself. Each of you most probably feels left out in the cold and perhaps there weren't any apologies being said just yet, but you should stay strong and patient, because in the (near) future I can see some progress. I think M will open up towards you with a heartfelt message maybe, or a friendly gesture waving 'white flag' to you.

For your 1st question, the cards show 2 options timing wise to find a new job. The first option should be to find something by end of May. There will be some delays in the beginning when you start looking for a job, but you will get on top of it.
So End Of May as the first prognosis,
the other time frame is September of this year.

I think wherever you go, the though idea going into the job is that salary improves. I do think though, in whatever position you go into you will feel regretful missing your old salary or job. This new job I think will require you to give more to it then it gives you my be very demanding. You will definitely feel blindsided by it be case you not expecting that type of enviroment. So, I don't know if you will choose to go back to old place of employment, seek new, or stick it out hut either way the jon isn't going to be balanced to salary you get

Oh, I think the cards are right, but I slightly misinterpreted the situation. Sorry about that!

The first set of cards shows you and your emotions about the situation. Maybe he felt you poured out honestly everything at once at him in general.
Cornucopia can definitely finances, and he could have felt again, that you specifically poured everything at him about finances.
Which made him very tense and closed off, like he tries to defend himself with passive-aggressivity like not responding/blocking/etc.
He tried/tries to let go of his hurt feelings "the unwanted thoughts", but he just can't let go, because it causes him further troubled thoughts.
