So I like to look at the natal first and see what each person needs romantically, looking at the 5th, 7th, 8th houses and also the 4th house.
He wants a down to earth, stable, sensual, affectionate partner who is loyal and nurturing. He craves stability and predictability in his relationships, he wants something solid and long-lasting. He is also quite jealous and possessive with his partner, and if she's attractive and has money (able to provide that security) it's a huge bonus lol.
Now his ruler of his descendant is Venus in Virgo in the 11th, so he also wants a smart, unpretentious and intellectual partner and needs a bit of space in his relationship. Again Virgo is an earth sign, so he really needs someone who is practical.
Now looking at your chart, you fit the bill with your 6th house (Virgo) stellium in Aquarius. So he is attracted to you and you're someone he would want to partner with.
You also fit his 8th house symbolism (Gemini, mercury in Virgo 11th house) with your ascendant ruler Sun conjunct mercury and again your 6th house stellium in aqua.
What makes this stellium of yours powerful also is that it is touching his I.C. This is important because it makes him feel very at home, safe, nurtured and comfortable with you. You feel like family to him, he feels at home with you. 4th house contacts run very deep, it causes a lot of attachment and deep feelings between people. So it jives well for the long-term and being able to live together peacefully too 
And last but not least we have your sun and mercury falling in his fifth, so this stimulates his romantic side and he has a lot of fun with you, and enjoys the playfulness that you bring out of him.
Also, all of your angles are conjunct, so this is like super-glue drawing and holding you guys together. The angles are magnetic, they give out and receive energy, so there is a lot of magnetism between you two. Also a strong soulmate indicator. Now looking at other overlays, his sun in your first is great for making you feel confident and accepted in his presence, you guys have a lot in common and the way you express yourself he approves of. Also his Mars there is adding a lot of sexual attraction on both sides, he wants to touch you and be physically close to you. He may even be bossy or pushy towards you lol. Now for you, you like a quirky, independent, off-beat partner who is really smart and intellectual and thinks outside the box. Someone who is unique and a bit rebellious, maybe he's got tattoos and piercings or maybe he just has a provocative sense of humour or way about him that shocks people or stirs things up. But he definitely cannot be boring.
You also have Venus, Mars there. This tells me your partners and the people you tend to attract are usually very charming, and attractive. Whether that be physically and or just something about their personality, is very confident and flirty.
He has Scorpio rising with Pluto in his first house, so he has a very attractive, magnetic presence and is very sexual/flirty himself especially with that Leo sun.
He also matches your 7th/5th house symbolism with his stellium in the 11th (Aquarius). And also your 8th with the sun and mercury, he is a Leo sun and has Mercury conjunct his co-ruler Mars. Aspect wise, that moon moon conjunct is nice even though it's not by sign, it is still going to be felt. There will be a nice blending of your emotional energies. Other thing that really stood out is that T-square involving his Uranus, your 5th ruler Jupiter and Acendant ruler Sun and Mercury, this is a closed aspect pattern completion which adds a lot of chemistry and attraction, especially on your side because it's filling in your T-square and the planet he is doing it with is Uranus, so you're getting a strong Uranus energy from him which is very alluring to you considering it has connections to your 7th, 5th, and 8th house symbolism.
Also that Sun,Venus,Pluto T square, this is adding a bit of obsession and compulsive feelings towards each other, mainly on your side because it's your Venus. Last thing I want to mention, he has almost all personal planets In earth, and you don't have any personal planets in earth. You have a lot of planets in air, he has NO air signs in his chart, I tend to see this in synastry a lot, where one partner provide the missing element to the other and vice versa, it provides an element of attraction, but is not so good for compatibility, it makes it hard to relate and find common ground in the long term, because both people are coming from such different places and ways of going about things, values etc. Usually this is a case of opposites attract, but they don't stay together. Also looking at the composite, having such little aspects going on between the planets shows a lack of similarity/connection in the relationship, there isn't enough energy going on in the relationship so it makes it hard to fully connect and merge. There is a sense that something is missing or lacking or a distance, when it comes to the actual relationship itself. Usually you want to see as many aspects interacting as possible in the composite, even if they are negative, because the relationship tends to last much longer the more aspects are going on because it means the relationship is more whole and integrated if that makes sense.
