All I can tell you is what I know and see here. Most of your stellium is in the 10th house and it is at an angle to your Jupiter in the 7th house. To me, this does provide strength to your chart. The kicker here is to see what planets are surrounding your significant planets (moon, sun). Are they supported planets or weakened planets, especially by how and where they are placed? So your sun is surrounded by the benefics Mercury and Venus. It can make a person who shys away from confrontation and discipline, so no wonder you feel like you have a hard time keeping to schedules and not feeling motivated? Also the signs that possess these houses can affect the outcome. Scorpio is ruled by Mars (a malefic) and your 7th is ruled by Leo, another malefic (sun). I do think this balances out the combination here and you do have really good placements in your chart. Perhaps it may take some time for them to manifest, especially if you are not 30 years of age yet.
I also see that your moon is all by itself (no planets aspecting it in the opposite sign/house and no planets in the houses before and behind it). I may have to look at my notes to see what is supporting your mind/person. You'll need a well-supported moon to attain wellbeing and success in this life. As you can see, I go by vedic astrology principles.
In your 5th house, I see Mars retrograde is present. Fifth house also indicates the mind and intelligence. I'm not sure if you shy away from confrontation again, or if you feel it's hard for you to speak your mind or be straightforward? Mars is also in the house of its enemy (Mercury, Gemini). With Moon in Pisces, this makes you very dreamy and I can see why again it is difficult for you to carry out actions or to make ideas work for you in practical ways.
Update: So far it looks to me you could have the Kemadruma yoga. I have read it is the most difficult yoga to have. Typically in the chart, the moon is isolated, preferably in the 6th, 8th, or 12th houses, sometimes even 3rd (such as your placement here). This tells one that your moon does not have an association with any other planets that "lift it up," or opposite it or Jupiter. People who have this placement are usually not aware of what they are up against. However, you are here in this forum learning and I don't think this karma is affecting you as badly as it should. You have the mind to grasp astrology.
Good placements here is that your Jupiter aspects your moon. If the ninth house from Jupiter contains a planet, then this is a good sign. Your moon is 9 houses from Jupiter clockwise (you count the house with Jupiter in it as the 1st house). Since Jupiter is a benefic, your moon is actually supported by Jupiter.
Mars aspects your Saturn in the 12th house, though I'm not sure if this is a good thing. I do think it weakens your chart.
I'm still new to the astrology I am learning, but I hope this helps.
