Ok, so I redid your initial question, what will happen within the next few months;
And I got 7 of cups, queen of pents, page of cups for April, star, ace of pents, and 3 of cups for may, and 4 of pents and king of wands, strength for June
No tower haha, and these are nice cards! Especially for May! Looks like happy, fun times (3 of cups) and maybe something new? (Ace of pents).
I got the 7 of cups followed by queen of pents for next month, so I think this is showing you being a bit confused or unsure about his feelings and intentions for you (page of cups).
For June, I see somehow holding back (4 of pentacles and strength), some hesitation and control going on but again not necessarily negative in nature. I feel like he has a tendency to hide his true feelings and not liking to expose himself with his Scorpio rising ,so that's probably why this is showing up and he is being represented by the king of wands in this situation, (he has a Leo moon and strong fire in his chart so this would make sense).
Hope this makes you feel a bit better energies change all the time because of the choices and free will we exercise everyday, so seems whatever transpired within this last month and has changed the outcome since the last reading
My questions are;
Why did M react so strongly last night in the car?

I’m so sorry this happened Luna😟 Your relationship is going to be very up and down as I was previously saying. So sorry!

1. Chariot is sometimes a hard card to interpret sometimes but I feel knowing a little about you two that he is still smouldering. There is a lot of fire under the surface and he is angry. It just came to the surface over something that was said or reminded him of your previous blowup. Plus I feel a lot of stress around him
King of pentacles...I’m not quite sure how this one fits in. It could mean stuborness around this situation not giving in perhaps?
Queen of wands. Well this is showing that M still thinks of you as a friend. There are no romantic feelings I’m afraid. They are fleeting. (When you two are intimate with each other)

The first reading makes sense! It’s actually very positive considering the subject 👍❤️ The queen of wands isn’t me lol it’s showing his feelings towards who were we arguing about in the first place this girl is a Leo and someone who was a fake friend towards me and secretly liked M etc.

Feedback for you.
Nothing transpired like you were predicting in that J did not give me a hug although he said good bye. I don’t feel he ever will🙁 He will not be visiting me in the hospital as he will be working those days so I'm beginning to think an intimate relationship will not happen either. So not sure what to make of the readings but you were saying mine didn’t resonate either. Feeling really sad right now and don’t know what to think. Poochy XX

Aweh well I did see a resistance or hesitation with the hug but I still thought he would, guess he changed his mind or I interpreted the cards wrong idk...
I really do think he’ll visit you in the hospital though, things change all the time, something may happen with work etc. He might surprise you
And I also still think you guys will be intimate but later in the year after all his trips like I was saying before.
But I’m not a bonafide psychic so not everything I say will necessarily transpire exactly. But I just try my best to interpret the cards I get and use a bit of intuition too, I’m sorry if they are not always accurate for you! It happens sometimes, not even just with you, I’ve had a couple other readings not resonate for others too, it can be very hit or miss for myself I’ve noticed and a lot of factors affect the readings. I don’t feel like the cards are ever wrong, just my interpretation lol im still learning and growing in terms of tarot.
