Belonging here in this deck shows a house, so this is showing the neighbour. Message says something was definitely communicated, and the reason or what was said was based on envy/jealous and fear.

I clarified with the tarot as a yes or no, and got knight of wands, knight of cups, 9 of pents and world, five of swords and strength.
So yes, N definitely has been talking about you to the new neighbours. I'm sorry.

Ugh no I'm not talking to Stephen anymore!! Lol something happened and I'm not interested anymore. He's not someone I want to be with that's for sure.
I'm actually talking to M again, he contacted me and I'm hoping things change for the better and we don't fight anymore. I really want to heal our relationship and fix any karma we have together. Maybe that's the changes you saw? An ending to the horrible cycle we've been having. He definitely believes he loved me though, without a doubt he is super adamant about that, we had a fight about me questioning him about it and he got so hurt and upset that I didn't believe him that it made me feel ridiculous and horrible for even questioning him in the first place.

Thank you. S (the wife) had told me she had been in property management and was familiar with HOA's, so I'm sure she has probably heard a lot of complaints and had to verify stuff. I felt like S and N were discussing me as they drove by (they just started to move in today) and I got a good vibe from them, so what you said makes sense.

So I got strength card twice! That is the main message here. So the advice is to be strong, be disciplined and face your problems or fears head on, but excercise self-control if that's what needs to be done. Like if you're thinking about contacting him but know that a you probably shouldn't or that you should wait etc. Then this would be that you should not for example. But say if you want to and know that would fix things but you're holding back or scared or have too much pride, then you should!
I also go 8 of pentacles and 9 of pentacles, so these mean you should focus in yourself, self-improvement and your own security and independence, especially financially or with your career/work. I got the king of wands, is he a fire sign? Or just an outgoing fiery guy in general lol.

Doesn't look too good if he continues with his present business.. I got moon, star, seven of wands, 6 of cups, and 9 of swords. Noted that there are no pentacles in this question regarding work and finance. That says a lot in and of itself. It showing that your husband has or had high hopes for this present business, high expectations and dreams for it (star), but he is not seeing things clearly, there is some confusion or delusion and worry (moon) and this card came up during the last spread too so there is definitely come clarity needed and this card serves as a warning and that there is some risk involved. Seven of wands is showing challlenges too.

Now for him starting over doing culinary in your home country, this looks like the much better option
