this is insane, i have so many positive reviews and the only reason im making this paste is because so many people have healed with it. i have probably 70 reviews of people who have healed. but now it seems like this is turning into a "witch hunt" where people are attacking me and blaming me

one lady said that her son hit his mouth on the cement and his tooth broke and thinks its because my toothpaste made it brittle...

explain the ingredients what the positive aspect of them are, and how its benefits used correctly, and offer a complimentary replacement.
What I am getting is that these people want to know its not a big company or horrble person just trying to get their money, connect with them so they know you are human who can listen to them and trying to find a solution...have them know how they can reach out to you...having them speak or connect with you makes an emotional connection, and they'll understand.
Mention you have children as well and know how important their well-being is.

So main point is connect with them and let them know you understand thier side and want to help solve the issue.

I would second Saille that a personal approach would be the best.

Please take in mind that in the future there would always people who give bad review, no matter how good your product is.

Did the reviewer post pics to verify the incident? Could it be done by a competitor?

Let me ask you this:
What could you do to boost more good reviews?

I had the similar experience: the first six months when I ran a home-hostel (we did not have a sign so business was fully dependent on reviews), I had a lady guest who had OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)..Unfortunately, to save money, she chose to stay in mixed-dormitory. Small frictions happened here and there. I asked other guests to be more understanding. Until one night she got into panick attack (that breathing in the same room with other people could transmit diseases-mind you, she has been staying for more than 10 days) she demanded the window be opened. Problem was, open window meant noise from the street. So, at three in the morning I was awaken from loud noises, she in her panick mode yelling berated the f-word (plus racism - she is Chinese American) to one British guest who could not tolerate the noise.
As soon as I entered the room, she stopped yelling and said hello to me in the sweetest tone.
I can't remember what I said. But I handled it ok. Kind of reminding her that we all had wonderful immunity system. Window closed. Everybody got back to sleep.
The next morning I asked her to find a new hostel, politely.
Then she got her revenge. 29% out of 100% review with all negative comments on cleanliness and everything.
I was so angry - it was my first bad review ( I had around 70 reviews with average of 92%) and it was based on revenge. The booking site refused to change or put the review down.
The staying guests helped with their reviews to balance out. One experienced traveller told me not to worry. People will see that if majority give you good reviews, they will skip one or two bad ones.
I ended up running the hostel for 5 more years. A few more bad reviews and a lot more good ones. And business was all good.

The cards show that he has two sides,you are holding on to some degree because of that sweet, loving side that you feel he was once more anchored in... however, he is not acting out of that same loving energy and is being more temperamental and angry.
