Okay so this is gonna sound a little silly but it kinda made me really think. So last night I was watching Queer Eye season 2 opener and it involved religion and it was about a lady whose church was having a homecoming where they invited people who haven't been to church in a long time to come back and it had me thinking about me going back to church but truthfully I feel lost. I know I'm of Christian faith but not quite sure of what church I would belong to as in a Catholic,Methodist,Baptist church. If someone is willing to help with me i would really be thankful❤

{I worked on a response for you for two hours, and, my computer *poofed* the message. Computer just glitches things like that every once in a while... That's why I'm up really late right now... I need to be in bed, but, I wanted to quickly recapture my thoughts.}

I had included the trailer for Queer Eye Season 2, and saw the churchlady featured from the St Paul Holiness Church. Queer Eye helped do something for their community building.

When you watched that, what was it that you felt inside?

What was the draw that gave you the feeling you'd like to visit church again??

I'm an older person, and I've spent most of that time in various churches. I'm a Spiritual Deep Diver and I go for Quality when it comes to the things of God, The Holy Spirit.

What is your background … since you used the words Finding Religion "Again"?

What experience are you looking for?
How important is the music to you?
Do you have talent in music .. singing?
Dance?/Theatre/Drama?

How much do you want to get to know and be with people, and with God?

It is not unusual to be drawn into periods of time when you feel drawn towards being in a religion. .. Especially now, with the Water Trines. Stirs your soul. It's good to want to know God, from a DEEP Part of your Heart and gut.

Hi there thank you for the reply. I felt each was drawn about her son coming back to the church and it got me thinking that maybe give been away from church for too long. My background its kind of confusing I remember growing up I lived and was adopted by my grandmother(my dad's mother) and ask what are we (religion domination and she told me that we were protestant and this church that I went to growing up and having bible school was from what I looked up last night a Methodist church. Lately though I've been thinking and drawn to a Catholic church I use to sing in my elementary school choir and I don't really sing that much only in the shower lol and I'm not really into drama and dance. I don't mind people but am shy at first. With God I wouldn't mind getting to know more I never read the bible there was a time I tried but i wouldn't mind. And I wouldn't mind being in touch with God again and having a priest to talk to knowing I wouldn't be judge or anything would be comforting.

Thank you for your interesting reply, LibraGirl. Catholicism would be a lovely choice. It is quite rich with symbolism. Since you like tarot, and astrology, you may find that this enhances your understanding.

I always see Jesus hanging on the Cross as a Symbol of NEPTUNE. Neptune is about sacrifice, and victims (He was bruised for our transgressions); deception (He was killed by a series of illegal actions). He was about teaching us "Higher Love" principles. Dissolving.. He dissolved the barrier that was in the way of us communicating with God, one-on-one. Soul to soul. Face to face.

Pluto symbol, is like a Chalice, with the round host like a Sun.

Candles... The Light of Truth, the Common Flame we all share. The Light we spread, in communication. In the light of being who we are, illuminating what is Beautiful in others.

You're a Libra?.. I see horizontal bar of the Cross, and outline of Jesus' arms outstretched, with the bump in the glyph as his head. Fairness (for us). Our legal advocate.

It is also a model for a Social Village, a family.
You'll learn sociology and history without even trying! By immersion.

Commit to it for a period of time... even 6 months to a year? Spend Christmas tide. Jupiter will be returning Home to Sagittarius by Christmas. Jupiter and Sagittarius is about Religion. It should be quite a deep and Faith-filled Christmas??

Parishes vary. I pray you find an excellent one, and be accepted and loved. I hope the priests will be good homilists, with messages to increase your faith in God and in yourself as a treasured soul.

May your soul feel as though you're having a warm Homecoming!

Thank you for takingthetime and talking through with me. Over the week or so I'll be looking and getting in touch with my local parishes. I believe there usa Catholic church that is not too far from my home I will look into. I did recently request some booklets about the Catholic faith to learn more about it and go from there❤

I've been to two masses already and going to my third one tomorrow. I have really enjoyed them both as it has given me a sense of peace. The more I go the more I'm thinking of going through the whole process to fully become a Catholic. I just recently bought a bible which I have used to own but never touched or thought of reading it.
