Hey, I would like to exchange.I pulled The Moon: I sense there is something in the present now which may be a determining factor for your job in 2019. I believe it is your own uncertainty rather than any other factor, and that you should try not to worry. Go with the flow. The Star: You are more important than you think that you are, and as time goes on HCC will view you in an ever increasingly good light. You shine and I believe you are currently working where you are destined to. I believe you will find some kind of new beginning though with HCC, but still remain there. I keep seeing the word 'growth'. You will come to a place of fulfillment by Feb 2019, I don't see you working elsewhere. However, you may be offered a job elsewhere soon, unexpectedly. I feel like this ties in with the Moon card too, creating uncertainty in your mind. I would say stick with HCC. First of all, Mars is retrograde and all men-boys... males are having a bit of a rough time right now.... SO, he thinks he is being calm and collected but you see him as being kinda weird.The cards:
10 of Pent (rx)
10 of cups
9 of pents (rx) I think he is doing all the wrong things to show off to you... He WANTS your attention but it comes off as being arrogant or fool hardy with his money...
He can see you in the big picture and he sees it being like a family. This fits with what he is envisioning for his life.

I think he is crushing on you. Be someone he cannot think he can get... ( i know how wrong that sounds.). but just for a while...He feels like a Venus in Sag kinda guy.... so they love their freedom..... but if you show them how much you love yours... well then!Thank you so much for your words!!!!

Thank you T. I typed Y by mistake. Yes this makes sense as we do have issues from the past that are affecting the way things are now but it would have to come out eventually. I feel this is why he is avoiding me on some levels.

I’m guessing woman in the beginning would be you unless your friend has a lot of feminine qualities? He is feeling quite down and depressed (clouds) as you were saying and the reason maybe because there is sexual tension happening. (Lily) Since you have the birds it is showing communication.
