so first thing. my daughter had her visit today and it was a **** show and she was crying and so upset. I don't know what to do... I am not sure if I should message my ex and tell him and beg him not to have her go or just to suck it up.

What does your ex says when he sees his daughter crying during the visits and being upset ...what does he say or do about it ? It's not the first time she reacts that way , so what is his reaction to that ?
Is it possible she senses your frustration and is crying because she knows or senses you are terrified ?
And usually a child psychologist sits with them during the visits, if they see the child crying and being upset- why are they not making steps to advice against visitations if the child is left traumatized ?

im not sure what he does exactly because im not there, but when I have brought it up to him he acts like it isn't happening or he will say "this is hard for me too" and makes it seem like she shouldn't have a choice bc she HAS to have a relationship with him bc it is UNDOUBTEDLY for the best for her.

I don't really know what more I can do, but I will see! I already have her with a play therapist and have a therapist supervising, but they seriously almost never totally stop the visits. like even when the parent is abusive they will still give visits, just they will have them be supervised.

I just don't know what the **** to do! after one more supervised visits he will move on to unsupervised and be alone with her.

I am hoping that *MAYBE* he is just coming consistently to get to the unsupervised visits and then he will start coming irregularly again. Like that is his goal so he is pushing ahead to get there so that he will back off once he is there.

okay so what I am feeling is that he is so tuned into you that he feels your attempts to disconnect.. and that is making him angry. so he is really having these angry thoughts, mixed with a whole assortment of thoughts about you ranging from longing, to sad, to mad... but I am getting that what you are feeling is actually those angry thoughts. thats why the thoughts that are coming to you are coming so strongly! they are passionate thoughts so the energy is strong and hard to ignore. much stronger than a mopey, sad thought.

What the cards show - you were enticed by a sweet financial offer as Bear is in the center of the card string showing lots of money surrounded by Letter and Bouquet which means invitation for something better and bigger. With this being said, it was only natural for you to accept the invitation and take charge for the benefit of your family. This was the reason for you to move - you wanted to succeed. Bear also means you felt overwhelmed and overpowered by the enormousity of it all.

I remember being convinced that my ex was my twin flame because we were so complimentary (I guess that is a nice way to say total opposites who always clashed).

On one hand, it makes sense bc together we are balanced. But on the other sand, it was so ******* awful of a relationship when I actually zoom out and look at it.
