@harmonuc ....I feel Bill right now is distracted mentally. Professionally...like busy enaged with work and get is looking away. Casual business like. He will be friendly approachable but not exactly the most romantic type right now..lots of air in his energy...lots of mental and progressive energy...

@ it feels he is interested to know if you might be interested in someone else but it's a friendly interest...like a need to communicate or get to know you better because he likes you. It feels you are more mindful of this ..he on the other hand feels more relaxed about it...but there is no d finite outcome or immediate need for commitment for either of you..he is moving easy and taking it as it comes. He likes you and he follows his immediate instincts...he is more relaxed about this.

So this person definitely has feelings for you; romantic feelings and strong ones. Apart from that, he sees you as a beautiful woman, loving your femininity and appreciating it.

But the thing here is, it seems that he may be having a hard time with those feelings for some reason, and he prefers to control those emotions and not really always express them. Hi Lily thank you..well he is younger to me. I don't exactly have romantic feelings for him...but yes I can be there for him. I don't mind him but he acts silly. I don't want to hurt him...but I don't feel too good about scolding him today lol. He was just being annoying.

I think this boy S will have more trust in your, there will be more trusting the relationship from his side, and he will start to act out more, to be express more freely, which of course means acting up. Yes will meet a new person before the end of the year. By December you will have already formed a friendship with him. It feels this guy will compliment you very well. Very similar. and will extend life for you. Looks good...will start with being good friends..maybe a guy from an opposite sign or your zodiac.
