Im really down I just found out that my supervisor is gossiping about me with the rest of employees. They were talking how worthless I am to this job and that I am like a guy who got fired. This guy and I are from the same race and ethnicity. I am afraid to get fired and thinking to complain about what happened. What do you think about what happened. How things will workout?

Hi there...you are facing prejudice...I think facing this man directly is a risk of things being volatile if not done carefully. The best way to address this though is to be diplomatic anyways and report and be serious about it. Stand your ground and don't be a victim because some adamant guy chooses to see you that way...don't be a victim and address this as diplomatically to someone...be careful about this not turning volatile from your end directly with the him, report someone other than him about this gossiping..try to have someone support and structure around you ...stand your ground and just address what isn't feeling right to you.
