Okay I will try with the job question ....

I feel your next job will be a very women centric environment. Your colleagues will be females or your boss will be a female and she will be good. It will be a sudden upgrade for you and warmer nvironemnt...something that won't surprise you because it was already a need but it will be a bit unexpected and sudden...I feel it will be good..I feel a period of gap like waiting before that...some changes so will take 2 to 3 months before that offer comes to you. Could be sooner also depending on your readiness for it.

My question is ...what will M feel when he sees my response and how will the others feel when they know about it ?

So things are moving forward for the better for one of you it seems, there's a sense of release and breakthrough here. M sees you taking a leap and doing something that you're certain of, like you're headed off to something better for yourself. They will be feeling defensive at first, perhaps a rush of anger coming in too. Their state of emotions will be going through quite an upheaval. Something about your response makes them go like, "do you really think you're that good?"

The others are having an understanding of your response, they see your side of things and why you've come to that. They see
M who will have to balance their way for a resolution of sorts.

@ serene I feel it will be eventual...I feel it will be a new opportunity. It may start as something part time and later develop as full time...you will be happy though and learn new things.

@ Caprika there is a sort of heaviness from his heart..so he might be withdrawing because he is hurt. Possibly because of some other connection in your life right now. He feels grieved by something and hurt.

It looks like things will be digferent when you see each other, the spontaneity will be lacking, there will be an invisible wall between you two and it may feel a little stiff when around each other. There is some sort of a past discomfort that needs to be overcomed first
