Hey Miss, can I exchange with you? I actually left a question in your other previous thread. What question do you have? IP: Logged |

Hi Missy I was wondering if you were going to elaborate further on my last question in your previous thread but no worries if you’re not able to. Leave yours. I will do a question for you. 🙂IP: Logged |

Ok for your housing issue I feel like absolutely you will find something. New beginnings with fortune and gifts of wealth (resources) for you and firmly laying down roots. Child-heart-fish-tree IP: Logged |

yes he is absolutely connecting in with you energetically he felt you disconnect and all of a sudden it hit him that it felt as if your energies were moving away and moving off and on, and when he felt that he connected back in. hes not aware of what's hes doing on an energetic level, but he thinking of you and wondering what is going IP: Logged |

hey poochy, yes I looked in and im honestly feeling confused because what he said to you makes it seem that she is going. I checked in and I just don't feel her there, but the weird thing is that I don't really ever feel her *strongly* around him and I know she is there. I am wondering if what I am tuning into is their energetic connection not physical. because he definitely keeps a lot of himself distant from her and even when they are physically close, there is still a distance because there are many parts of him that he doesn't share with her. so im confused. I pulled Lenormand and got mountain/sythe/ flowers which seems to confirm the no, but I wouldn't bet my life on it and feel some confusion. what I will say, is her energy is not intertwined with him nor is it strongly around him IP: Logged |

Thanks Miss, I appreciate you looking into that for me. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks so much Missy. This is what I have been feeling for awhile too. When I mentioned what I felt about their relationship not lasting he just had no expression on his face. These Gemini’s. Ugh!I know you were asking Tgem about finding a place in Kauai. This isn’t a reading just some info as I know some friends that have a condo in Lihue. The prices of homes are starting to come down slightly. Any home that is not new will be classified as a “fixer upper”. Because there is a lot of humidity and then salt air, it can and will do a lot of damage so repairs are constant but be prepared to wait unless your hubby is handy. There is a shortage of repairmen so you will be on “Island time” Salt air is hard on cars there or anything metal for example appliances. Furniture Liquidators in Lihue is a great place to shop as they purchase furniture from old resorts and then refurbish. It’s quite reasonable. Oh, back to housing, the northern part of the island will have the lowest prices but you may want to visit the property due to flooding. You might have seen homes that are raised and that is because of flooding. NOT to discourage you, just to make you aware. On the plus side people are super friendly and then of course the weather and beautiful scenery. 😎 The pricy homes would be around the canyon. So...your best bet if you go is to just go with packed suitcases and sell off everything you can back home. Can’t wait to hear news on this.🙂 . IP: Logged |

Haha. Well I have owned a few in my life time and own one now. Your first step would be to make an appointment with your bank manager to see what you could afford based on your combined salaries. They will give you the best advice financially. Next , if you haven’t already done this is to contact a real estate agent that deals with real estate on the Hawaiian Islands. She will be able to help you in this area, discuss interest rates, moving cost. It would be best to visit Kauai before hand if you can and have an agent from the same company as home to show you properties. You don’t want to buy just based on a photo. Since you two kids, something close to schools, hospitals or whatever is important to you. But anyways....see your bank manager first. Let me know how you make out.

we don't really care about schools because we homeschool! I just found this thing that where we wanna move in considered "rural" so maybe we could get a 0% interest loan....IP: Logged |
