the other is - the projects goes on, the contractor starts discovering other things that need to be repaired in addition, or just a larger area would need to be recovered, and your mom says no to the extensions but at the end of it all, I see that the job that was spoken off initially will be done and your mom will be satisfied, even if that may cost a little more. The reason I am thinking this is because of the Moon and Lily wrapping up the spread, Moon is money and Lily is an older person, so it will be all about more money and negotiations.
About the additional repairs being told NO to or the project being rejected, this is based on Rider and Coffin - someone is coming on a white horse offering stuff but then they get turned back.

Sorry for the delay. Trying to clean up a bit.

My brother will be doing the work and there are two areas--one is front window and the other is part of her storage room, which is part of her house. Both need to be fixed, but the front window has a smaller section below it that needs to be fixed.

Looks like no one is making any effort to contact the other one. Both or one of you will be reflecting on the past and possibly your childhood and how that has affected what's going on in the relationship. This is only temporary--both of you in retreat mode. The cards are still talking about forgiving the other one and with that there will be a rebirth in the relationship. Looks like there may be a new beginning or at the very least one of you will have a new job or go back to school. Prosperity and well-being. I pulled a couple more cards to clarify and got chariot and ace of swords. My brother did show up and we started working on the larger area. It was kind of a bear. My mom was semi-okay with the cost, but when we went to the store, we got a better deal on the materials than we thought we would. So far we replaced the harder wood section--and he will bring another tool over tomorrow to finish it--the utilities we attached, so he had to cut around all of it to get the wood off. He is supposed to be back over tomorrow morning to finish what we started and the easier side as well as the smaller section. I guess this was a harder question to do a reading for. Maybe there is a deeper meaning to your cards as someone gave me a reading yesterday that I think spoke of someone else and not my other brother. Thanks for the reminder.
