I need some insight. No I can not exchange but I need help.
I told the manager about my supervisor toxic behaviors. She told me she is leaving for a couple of weeks and when she comes back she will have both of us to talk about everything.
I never confronted a supervisor before. How this will go?
I am a new employee and the supervisor has been here for 20 years
