Did you guys have a fallout of some sort, or some argument that was left unresolved. Seems like D is not going to help you out. Instead D will be like they have won a battle. Initially they may come off quite assuring and everything but deep down D is holding down to their defenses. So, things dont seem positive here.

D and I haven't spoken much--she was really busy when I last called them and told me to call back next month. I just wondered if it was really busyness or that she changed her mind about the kits I had offered.

There may be some deception, double dealing or someone is taking advantage of the other. It looks like you will have some good news--possibly a promotion at work. Odd that this came up. There's some kind of deception going on. It may not have to do with you as the next card is showing that T is uncertain as to when he will be able to contact you. Is he taking a trip or moving? He appears to be in a crisis at this time, but unless he does something about it, things will remain the same. He also seems to be overly dependent on his family members as well.
