All those transits including your Saturn return in the future will help you to be the person you need to be for that special person. These transits will help you to take better care of yourself and to know what love really means to you. With Capricorn on your 7th house cusp, your partner will either be older age wise, or seem older to you or you'll meet them later in life.. not in your teens or early 20s.

Seeing that your relationship house is ruled by Capricorn, this will most likely be a year of transformation for your sense of self and your relationships. Saturn is always a tough one but I think he'll ultimately reward you for hard work put in. You may not know what the lessons of this most recent new moon are until Saturn transits over that Uranus/Neptune conjunction this Spring.

The last eclipse cycle was on my 1st/7th house axis, I had a few happen that were really difficult. On the 3rd eclipse I had conjunction to my natal Chiron and it brought a soul mate into my life. It was not easy however, I had to muster the courage to get over some wounds and baggage in order to put myself in a place to receive the relationship. It came with a lot of realizations that I had been blocking real intimacy (even though in my head I desperately wanted it) I think Chiron is funny like that.

I try to remind myself that he is the magi and the shaman and to take an alchemical approach to any wounds that come up. With that square to your Sun (also the ruler of your 2nd house where the eclipse is falling) whatever obstacle that comes up in the moment will be to clear out any old baggage.

I find this all so interesting, how cool that those memorable relationships came for you during those times. I pulled you a tarot card about this and I am getting September. I believe theres a good chance you will have some developments around the July 16th eclipse but will really start to see some effects close to the Pisces Full moon on September 14th.

The eclipse in July will activate the frequencies of your natal Neptune and Uranus and my guess is that because the September 14th Full Moon will be conjunct Neptune and both in conjunction to your natal Mars, that may trigger love. This is because Mars is the ruler of your Natal Venus in Aries.

This is all happening within degrees of your and 10th house with is governed by Saturn, which you have transiting exact to your DC. Transiting Venus and Mercury conjuncting your IC makes me think maybe someone will be "moving in" perhaps not literally but figuratively speaking.

I pulled the 8 of pentacles as a timing card.
usually symbolizes 8 months or Virgo energy, which made me look into the full moon happening that month and your chart.
