I feel like the best thing about you is self evaluation and knowing your stance I. Regards to a man if you are going over you actions that is a good thing for self development since you are conscientious buy otherwise in an attempt to work on yourself and improve the dynamic with someone don't be too trusting of the other person and make way for them to feel they cannot and do not have to self work. Make sure the other person is reciprocating just as much.

This person LK has given me the worst emotional and spiritual experience I can ever imagine. A very abusive and toxic man and not a good influence on any body around him. He is unfit to be around people.

I am trying to heal and overcome but it's very hard...I experience slot of stress and have been for years now.

I suggest you do a candle ritual. It’s easy, safe, beginner friendly and effective!

Get a white candle (white candles are for healing/cleansing) and write on a piece of paper your intentions. For example; “angels/spirit guides/ancestors, please help me release any negative energy that stems from (his name). As this candle burns away, so does my attachment towards (his name), thank you 🙏 “ make sure you put your energy and prayers into writing this. When you’re done, place the piece of paper next to the candle as you light it, let the candle burn all the way down naturally. When it’s done, you should feel cleansed and have a lighter energy and not feel so heavy or bothered by this man.

Also get sage, Palo Santo wood or incense, or selenite is great for healing and cleansing
And of course, remove any objects that remind you of him from your space, unfriend or block him from social media if need be etc.

And remember, time heals all wounds you will get over this, I promise. Never allow anyone to hold that much power over you, especially negatively. Only you control how you feel, what you think of yourself and what you let affect you. It all starts in the mind. So watch your thoughts and work on your self-esteem, your solar plexus chakra and go out in nature just being connected to the earth does wonders for healing and grounding and bringing you back into focus on what’s important and having perspective.

I will answer your second question.

Yes i feel he has done this to other women too on different occassions also done this to those close to him,a women too maybe a daughter or a sister or mother.

I agree with Luna reply.Best thing to do is to cleanse,cut all karmic ties and move on by healing yourself of the hurt he caused.

No need to be involved in his karma..thats his to work out ..you cant do anything about that but you can remove him from your Life completely .

Thank you ...I have a feeling he is doing this with his daughter...and he is a bit sick but no one can tell cause he can be charming and he uses that to get his way . Yes m working hard to move on from him...have been doing so for months now ..a year has passed but the energy is to heavy
