First Saturn return happens when you are an adult. Saturn considered to be a testing planet. Saturn consider to be a ‘karmic’ planet too. In past life you did not learn lessons regarding your Saturn, or you abused your power regarding your Saturn’s placement.
When Saturn return happens, it can award you or punish you. Not to be discouraged with Saturn because even if Saturn does test you during the return and things don’t make sense and you feel frustrated its only teaching you how to be an adult how to be independent and how to make the best out of the worst situations.
For example of a chart I read few months ago. This person has their Saturn in Libra in their 7th house. When they were in their early 20s they fell in love with the a man who did not deserve them. They got married hopping to be the best romantic story. They did not listen to their family nor friends. When Saturn return happened to them they realized that their marriage was a failure and they need to get a divorce. Ofurace during the process they were frustrated angry and mad. But they grew up and learned what they really need and want in marriage now.

For you it seems like this person situation but for you its in romantic area and also children. I do not predict time but looking at your chart the first thing come to my mind that you will have kids later on in life maybe when you have your Saturn return. Second thing I want to mention is that you most likely struggle in romantic relationships as well. For you love is practical less emotions more actions to prove how much you love someone. But you end up attracting or being with wrong people who cant show you love the way you want it to be. Saturn is testing you in this life time to see how much you are willing to do the right thing in regards to relationships. If you keep being authentic and honest in your approach most likely you will have the relationship you want after your Saturn return.
Also fifth house rules education and creativity my guess is you struggle in those areas too. But Saturn is not really here to block it or punish you. Saturn is here to reward you if you put in the work. If you plan to obtain a certain degree or work in a creative project you will not get it as easy as other people but you will have more success. After Saturn return you might have another degree or achieve some kind of creative project.
Lastly, your Saturn return will teach you to look for your own enjoyment in life. You will have more confidence and will search harder for the things that will make you happy. You will only care about your opinion and will go after what you want. If before you did not be with someone because you lack confidence you will go after them, if you give up a creative project out of fear of failure you will go after that project. If life made it difficult for you to have this degree you will find yourself motivated to get it. And you will have more chances to succeed if you put in the work.

@love her thank you so so much for this reading. It makes complete sense to me. And it does very much relate. I struggle with education, creativity and I do have to out alot more effort than most others around me. There is no doubt about that. What others get easy I have to struggle more to get it.
And love is almost a very absent area in my life. I am not also very interested into pursuing this area of my life because yes all along I have attracted the worst types of people and very different people to who I am as a person. Sometimes pursued by the wrong types who won't give up on me either and it's very fuestrating. Life had been internally very hard even if on the outside it feels like I have everything. Yes makes sense...I am learning the hard way.

What you just said is something I am already doing right now. And I have lesser demands and expectations as a result of it.

I am very confused because I have a very liberal nature in regards to people...could you tell me what kind of a man I need and what kind of a partner would be best suited for me. Only if you want to take this questions since you already have my chart but it's not needed ..you helped me already.

@ Athena when transit Neptune enters your natal Mars...it's a good time for you. I feel Neptune is strong working on your favor...and this time around it seems to resolve any issues or subconscious neglected areas in your life...Resolves anything in the body and also for unstantially around you. Expect realizations you have not had before.

Also people might begin to favor you and you understand something playing out in your life that you hadn't so far and that gives you an opportunity to make improvements.

My questions are

1- why the manager acted this way in the meeting? What does she really think about the supervisor and me situation that went out of control?
2- will I get what I want by submitting an application with a lawyer?

@ loveher sure... The manager is defending her stance somehow and I think she is supporting someone in the background here who is of more importance to her. It's not personal here it's work and business ..very professional. She things that things didn't go well but she is not exactly taking sides in the situation with you and them.

Whoever this lawyer is...is good. It will take time and to process it will take time once you start..it's not going to happen suddenly.
