My question is: Will D.K. or N.B. pay their HOA assessments any time soon? I know one of them isn't happy about what they are paying and the other one may be contemplating moving. Thank you.

I see neither of them actually..D might thinnk about it sooner...but no preparation and N not at all...D might be soon...but neither of them right now actually..will take time.

That makes sense. D may be considering a move (his father had been looking for a place to stay and told me his son, D, was trying to decide whether to stay or move).

N isn't happy about paying for two lots. She tried to be friendly and take care of her yard just to get it lowered. I asked in one of the meetings and no one wanted to lower the extra lot she had.

We are lucky to get a lawn service that won't charge us the going rate, which makes up the entire monies we take in. They all know this.

He will make a quick judgement of your home without much thought. How well do you know them? Does someone have a bad temper? He may see you as overly dependent on your family. He may not say good things about it to others, though, as this card comes through as shady in character. Someone may not see the other as reliable or he isn't that way. He may see you as someone that has a lot of things--a hoarder and that you like the things you have.

I still wonder if he may tell you something and tell others something else and that may be why you asked what he might think as your intuition isn't sure. Let me know if you hear anything through the grapevine to the contrary. What my cards picked up was mostly his characteristics, it seems.

Sorry but your reading did not come true and I think there was another whose reading about someone didn't come true either because that very day I met that person and the response was entirely different than what the reading said. I have nothing in this to lie and say different things about what happened.

If you give a reading to someone and make an effort to be as honest as you can be...it's fair that you are able to take an honest feedback as well... Because this is an exchange group so that's fair I feel.
