Don't think it had anything to do with you. The person just decided that he didn't want to go or do anything that day. Just seeing him ghosting you? Nothing to do with you, everything to do with him just not being in the mood to meet up. Person really does not seem like a healthy human being.

I feel professionally I sees you in a good light; you keep it professional keep to yourself and work hard in the 2nd card the imagery shows the guy with his head bowed over working and just focusing on that. I sees feels you have great integrity as well if you are actually working or not is never a question as you are good at doing what you are supposed to do in the workplace
