SoW suggests working in some type of management, possibly self employed. Whatever it will be, you’ll be working with a team whether it be alongside you or under you. I don’t see you getting a promotion or leaving, but rather there will be talks of a pay raise, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get it, because hanged man implies that although they’ll talk about it, they’ll never follow through with it. That being said, you do work well with others, and they acknowledge that! Some coworkers see you as a little sketchy, and untrustworthy, but that is not everyone. Everything you said completely fits my current situation at work. I do feel upset right now and that my coworkers and bosses take me for granted as i am allocated a lot more work than my co workers as i joined about a year plus as a fresh graduate but two of my co workers are paid rm 200 more (approximately 50usd more Salary wise )but they joined in Jan of 2019 anf they said they also join as fresh graduate..so why are they getting RM 200 more per month as Salary but doing way less work and having less responsibility than me. Sighs Hmm,this new prospect,would it happen after 2 months then?also what form would this nrw prospect take?a new job at a different company? Thank you so much Libentia.

The psych part i see is natural for me and the business is interesting you say because I have thought before about owning a store or bakery but never had enough confidence to.
